Fresh House Cocktails

Our house margaritas are handmade with 100% agave exotico reposado tequila, Hiram Walker triple sec, & fresh lime juice. Served on the rocks with salt. *Not gluten free. All our margaritas come in individual glasses or a pitcher that serves 5 margaritas

Tequila is a distilled spirit made from the blue agave or agave azul, and produced only in five areas of Mexico: jalisco (where 99% is made and home to the town tequila) as well as guanajuato, michoacán, Tamaulipas and Nayarit. Extra añejo is a style of aged tequila. It means the spirit must be aged for more than three years, typically in oak barrels. The most popular are American and French oak.

Silver or Blanco.
This is the Blue Agave spirit in its purest form
Stored in stainless steel tanks to settle for 1-2 months for a sweet, citrus, and peppery finish

Gold
Aged in wood barrels or storage tanks between 2-11 months
For a smooth caramel, peppery, and vanilla finish

Vintage.
After aging for at least one year, Tequila can then be classified as an "Añejo". This aging process darkens the tequila to an amber color, and the flavor can become smoother, richer, and more complex

All tequilas are mezcals, but not all mezcals are tequilas. Tequila is a type of mezcal, much like how scotch and bourbon are types of whiskey. Mezcal is defined as any agave-based liquor, which also includes tequila
